XADA Return Policy


All sales at Xada Racing Products, Inc. are final, however, the customer has 30 days from the shipping date on the invoice to return undamaged and unwanted merchandise for a refund of the full purchase price at the time of order, excluding shipping and handling.


Xada Racing Products, Inc. must be notified via e-mail or phone prior returning any item so that a Return Merchandise Authorization Number can be issued for the shipment.  The original packing slip and all materials received in your XADA shipment must be packed in a return box with the Return Merchandise Authorization Number clearly displayed on the returned package.  All returned items must be in there original saleable condition, including original packaging material.


Xada Racing Products will inspect items returned due to defects for approval of refund, in addition, the shipping fees will be refunded for items that are deemed defective in material or workmanship.


Items shipped incorrectly must be brought to the attention of Xada Racing Products within 30 days of the original shipping date to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number for refund eligibility.


All shipping carriers are responsible for damage or loss of product in shipment.  All claims of this nature must be handled through the shipping carrier.
